      NJ instituted variable pricing on the Tpk several years ago when they installed EZ Pass.

    <title>this has nothing to do with wind power</title>

      Something you might enjoy. Firstly the good news ( I think). Gowers review of intellectual property is supposedly come out late December and I think its more of what you seem interested in on intellectual property rights. I didn&#039;t get a copy or anything of it yet but I think its aligned well with what you&#039;ve talked about before. If not I apologize, I haven&#039;t read it.

Secondly I think good news but its bad news if its wrong on wage growth. (This appeared in WSJ on the 26th on review and outlook.) Anyhow, “Over the past year the real average wage for non-supervisory employees has risen 2.8%. Last year real median household income was also up 1.1% after inflation... It is true that income and wages are still about 2 below the peak they hit in 2000 before the dot com bust and the new treasury department analysis finds that measuring income from the start of the peak of each expansion, wages so far in this decade&#039;s cycle are running ahead of the recovery pace during the 1990&#039;s...” furthermore he or she (no author listed) says that “stagnant wages” and “jobless recovery” and “outsourcing crisis” can join other tales of woe that have all turned out to be evanescent. I thought first this was an opinion thing but I guess its not and was wondering, since i&#039;ve seen you write at length on stagnant wages if there was some substance to this argument. Figured you&#039;d have the alternative the author lists of more unionization and more trade and tariff barriers or government takeover of employer health care but I was more looking for why this report is wrong, if it is.

uhmm, feel bad i&#039;m hijacking the thread but i can contribute a little... middle nebraska is putting up 36 wind farms near ainsworth. i expect a tornado will rip them outa the earth soon enough, that or the 120mph winds will power a few lightbulbs.

      I read the whole article. It it were just bad news, or was somehow suspect; I wouldn&#039;t post it. What I find disappointing are the phrases like &#034;The country&#039;s overall competitiveness was also undermined by increasing doubts about the effectiveness and trustworthiness of its political leaders&#034;
